Happy Australia day eve for 2022. In our print industry survey from late last year the respondents were asked “What would they like to achieve from their business. The top two responded answers were, 1, More profitability and 2, More time away from day to day operations. Both worthy goals for any business owner. The third most responded was “Better Process” . I think that this is probably the right answer if indeed you want more profit and more time away from your business.
